Summary In Finland students pursuing in Master's Degree Programme have a previous degree in nursing from polytechnics. Nurse teacher qualification also includes at least five year's experience of working in practice. This article concentrates on the conflicts student teachers brought up in a group exam as regards changing a nurse's identity into a teacher's identity in teacher training. The approach of the study on this group was narrative. Studies on emotions in learning are often based on interviews conducted after the learning. Therefore, these do not capture the multi-componential nature of emotions and how emotions are related to the process of learning. We see emotions as dimensional and multi-componential responses to a personally meaningful events and situation. Doskonalenie nauczycieli to jeden z kluczowych czynników poprawy jakości edukacji często poddawany ewaluacji. W artykule dokonano charakterystyki wybranych projektów realizowanych z funduszy Unii Europejskiej przez Ośrodek Doskonalenia Nauczycieli w Kaliszu oraz wskazano procesy związane z ich wdrażaniem. Celem badania była ocena zmodernizowanego systemu doskonalenia nauczycieli i próba określenia, jak model ten sprawdza się w rzeczywistości. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwoliła wskazać efekty szkoleń oraz mankamenty dotyczące struktury i funkcjonowania opisywanego systemu. W artykule zamieszczone zostały wyniki badań, wnioski i rekomendacje.
